Every year our Sports Clubs and Societies must hold their Annual General Meetings (AGMs) to discuss the year just past and the ways they can improve for the academic year to come.
To ensure our Students' Union is a student-led democratic organisation, we hold online Activities Elections for all active members of Sports Clubs and Societies to elect students to be a part of their new committee.

Dates for 2026-27 committee elections:
Nominations Open: Monday 16th March 9am
Nominations Close: Wednesday 18th March 10pm
Voting Opens: Thursday 19th March 12pm
Voting Closes: Sunday 22nd March 10pm
Results Announced: w/c Monday 23rd March
