Supporting our students to #GetInvolved and make a difference

Volunteering and Your Mental Health

World Mental Health Day | Mental Health Foundation

Did you know that volunteering can benefit your Mental and Physical Health?! It can increase feelings of happiness and belonging and volunteers are even said to live longer. Visit the SU on Monday the 10th of October from 10am-2pm (and any other day!) to find out how volunteering can benefit you and your wellbeing.

Hours can be logged from the 1st of July until the 30th of June. For information on what we expect from volunteers and what they can expect from us please see the WSU Volunteer Code of Conduct.

Log Hours & Get Recognition
