The All Student Meeting is your chance to have your say in how your Students' Union represents and supports you during your time at Worcester.
All students at the University are eligible to attend and give their feedback on the SU, what we do, and how we're doing it. As a democractic organisation, your voice is crucial to ensuring we represent your views, listen to what you’ve got to say, and make sure it’s heard by the right people.
The All Student Meeting is also your opportunity to hold us to account. We'll ask you to vote to approve our accounts and affiliations for the previous academic year. And you'll have the chance to ask your Officer team any questions you may have about how they're representing you.
Our next All Student Meeting will be taking place 12:30pm-2pm on Tuesday 23rd January in Urwin Lecture Theatre (EEG087).
If there is a change you want to see at the University, it's really important for you to come to the All Student Meeting and let us know. We can take your feedback to the right people and advocate for the change you want to see.
All Student Meeting 2023
Our most recent All Student Meeting took place on Tuesday 14th February 2023. You can view the notes from the meeting here.
Following on from feedback received at last year's All Student Meeting, your SU and Officer team:
- Continue to speak to the University about ensuring their senior management team is more visible across campus, as well as making the mechanisms for students to provide feedback more accessible and transparent.
- Hosted a number of 'Pizza With The PVC' sessions, giving you the opportuniy to speak to senior members of staff at the University. Conversations held during these sessions included issues around transportation for nursing placement students, timetabling, catering, and the student experience on City Campus.
- Worked to provide more non-competitive sport and sporting events at the University. This includes brand new Rec Sport opportunities delivered by the University Sports Facilities team and the inaugural Home Varsity, which will take place again this spring.
