Committee Handover 2022
To book your handover slot, make sure you are logged into the website and then click here. Only one committee member from your club/society/network needs to book a slot on behalf of your group.
What is handover for?
This is your opportunity for the incoming and outgoing committee members to get together to discuss everything that is involved in running the student group. We will have a checklist on the day for key bits to go through but start thinking about things like account passwords, useful contacts, equipment inventories, risk assessments etc.
The more information the outgoing committee can pass on to the new committee, the smoother the transition.
What will happen on the day?
Groups will arrive to EEG164 for their booked timeslot and there will be up to 8 groups with us at a time. The SU will facilitate the handover process and give you some key prompts but this session is about you as committee members working together to pass over all the relevant information. SU staff will be on hand throughout your 30-minute time slot to answer any questions you may have.
Refreshments will be provided on the day including tea, coffee, and FREE DOMINOS PIZZA.
