Sip and Paint:

Our first-ever Sip and Paint debuts on Monday 6th November, and we can’t wait to see all of your crafty creations!

Tickets have officially sold out and won’t be sold on the door, but if you were lucky enough to secure a spot, head over to The Hangar from 4-7pm for an evening of crafts, cocktails, and chilled-out vibes!

Consent Campaign:

This year, your VPSA Issy will be launching the Consent Campaign.

This campaign exists to encourage increased awareness around the importance of consent and the consent conversation.

From 6th-10th November, there will be a range of activities and educational workshops to get involved with, such as guest speaker talks, pop ups across campus, and a Quiz takeover in The Hangar.

Saint’s Strictly:

The iconic Saint’s Strictly is back for another year and on Friday 10th November, all the glitz and glamour of the ballroom will be making its way into The Hangar.

Come along and watch as members of Clubs, Societies, Networks and more compete alongside their Saint’s Professional to be crowned the Strictly 2023 champion.

Doors open at 6:15pm and part of the money raised from the event will be donated to our chosen charity of the year, Behind the Smile.

Tickets are £2 for students, £4 for non-students, and can be bought here:

Diwali:

You’re invited to join the International team this Sunday in The Hangar and celebrate Diwali!

Come along to The Hangar on Sunday 12th November from 7pm for an evening of festivities, delicious food, music, and plenty of dancing!

If you celebrate Diwali and would like to perform at the event, please get in touch with a member of the team by emailing international-experience@worc.ac.uk.

If you have any songs or music you would love to hear at the event, let us know by filling out the online form here.

Please remember to bring your student ID to the event as this will be checked on the door for entry!

RAG Week:

RAG Week is our annual fundraising week, where our fantastic student-led RAG team and student groups band together to put on a variety of fundraising events throughout the week.

All the proceeds from these events will go to our chosen Charity of the year, Behind the Smile.

Behind the Smile is a local charity specialising in supporting those who have been bereaved by suicide through peer support sessions, walk and talks, and activity days.

To find out more about Behind the Smile, check out our latest Officer Vlog where VPSA Issy gets to know the Charity in person.

There’s an amazing array of events coming your way from 13-17th November, such as the iconic We’re a Committee get us out of here, Darts Night, RAG-eoke, and so much more.

For all the latest updates and details on RAG Week, make sure to follow us on Facebook and Instagram.
