Interviews
Interviews for shortlisted candidates will take place at an agreed time in June, July and August, and will be attended by the Students' Union and the Academic Rep Coordinator (ARC) from your School/Institute.
Interviews will be conducted virtually via Microsoft teams. Please note dates may be subject to change.

Department Rep Training
If appointed as a Department Rep for 2025/26, you will be required to attend mandatory training. The dates for 2025/26 have been provided below:
- Tuesday 9th September, St John’s Campus, 2pm-5pm
- Wednesday 10th September, Online, 9:30am-11:30am
- Monday 15th September, City Campus, 10am-1pm
