In the Students' Union

The Student's Union provides volunteering opportunities in the following areas.

Student Trustees

Varsity Volunteers

Student Groups Committee Members

Part-time Officers

Student Trustees

The Board of Trustees is responsible for the management and administration of the Students’ Union and its powers include responsibility for the governance of the charity, the budget and the strategy.

We need student trustees to provide representation to the student body and ensure the Students' Union is run accordingly. Student trustees are required to attend all meetings of the board of trustees (no fewer than four in an academic year).

Ask your Course Leader at the beginning of the academic year, some StARs are elected and some are chosen by Course Leaders.
