Course Reps represent students on their course and in their year of study. Their key task is to represent students’ views at course level, attending and making a positive contribution to the Course Management Committee. You can see more information on the role via our Representation Pages.
How to Apply: Course leaders have responsibility for ensuring that students elect their Course Reps and that the Course Reps are listed on SOLE, so that everyone can easily find out who their representatives are. Ask your Course Leader at the beginning of the academic year, some Course Reps are elected and some are chosen by Course Leader.

These are for Sports Clubs, Societies, Networks and Student Led Volunteering Projects, they sit on a committee for the relevant group and ensure it runs effectively for it's members.
How to Apply: Committee Members are elected via online elections around March/April time, if you are part of a club, society, Network or SLVP you can stand for a position. Speak to your current chair for more information, alternatively email m.lee@worc.ac.uk

Student Led Volunteering Projects
Got an idea that can help people? Want to be your lead on your project? From DJ workshops in local youth clubs, to baking cakes and buddy schemes, come and have a chat to us about it and we'll help you get started. A student-led project starts with an idea for a scheme or project that will make a difference to the lives of not just the students but the wider community. All projects are entirely student-led, run by student volunteers with the support of the Students' Union.
You can make new friends, help in the community, campaign and fundraise for causes that you care about and enhance your university experience. It's not too late to give it a go.
