Please ensure you have read the following terms and conditions before purchasing your tickets to the Summer Ball.

Early Bird Ticket - with transport
Early bird tickets will be on sale from Monday 4th December until Monday 5th February and include entry to the Summer Ball and transport to and from the venue.
Early bird tickets are available for £40.50, plus a booking fee of £2.02, and must be paid via the following two instalments:
- Instalment One - £20.25, plus £1.01 booking fee
- Instalment Two - £20.25, plus £1.01 booking fee
Each instalment can be paid at any time between Mondday 4th December and Monday 5th February. All instalments must be paid in full by Monday 5th February. If you have not paid both instalments by this date, your purchase will be void and your ticket will be refunded.

Standard Ticket – No Transport
Standard tickets (no transport) will be on sale from Tuesday 6th February until Monday 15th April and include entry to the Summer Ball only.
Standard tickets (no transport) are available for £40.50, plus a booking fee of £2.02, and must be paid via the following two instalments:
- Instalment One - £20.25, plus £1.01 booking fee
- Instalment Two - £20.25, plus £1.01 booking fee
Each instalment can be paid at any time between Tuesday 6th February and Monday 15th April. All instalments must be paid in full by Monday 15th April. If you have not paid both instalments by this date, your purchase will be void and your ticket will be refunded.

Standard Ticket – With Transport
Standard tickets (with transport) will be on sale from Tuesday 6th February until Monday 15th April and include entry to the Summer Ball and transport to and from the venue.
Standard tickets (with transport) are available for £48.50, plus a booking fee of £2.42, and must be paid via the following two instalments:
- Instalment One - £24.25, plus £1.21 booking fee
- Instalment Two - £24.25, plus £1.21 booking fee
Each instalment can be paid at any time between Tuesday 6th February and Monday 15th April. All instalments must be paid in full by Monday 15th April. If you have not paid both instalments by this date, your purchase will be void and your ticket will be refunded.

Non-student attendees
Non-students may attend as plus ones as long as they hold a valid ticket and arrive with the student ticket holder. The student ticket holder will be responsible for the behaviour of their non-student guest.
