Get Active

Being active is not only good for the body but also the great for the mind. Get Active sessions are free taster sessions for a range of physical activities and sports. These sessions are a great way of getting involved in one-off activities put on by the SU, clubs, and societies and also the range of continuous opportunities available.

Enhance your Skills

Enhance your Skills sessions are free taster sessions that allow you to try and learn a vast array of activities, such as gaming, CPR, creative writing, sign language etc. They also encompass enhancing your academic knowledge and skills. These sessions offer a great chance for students to add to and develop their skill set and to meet the clubs and societies to discover more about what they do and how you can get involved.

Relax and Socialise

Relax and Socialise sessions are free taster sessions that encompass a range of extracurricular activities that are put on to help students to unwind after a day of studying. Activities can be hosted by the SU, clubs, and societies and can include afternoon tea, film night, anime, gaming, walks to local parks, cheese and wine night and many more. These sessions offer a great chance for students who want to take a break from the books and meet people from different clubs and societies.

Be Creative

Be Creative sessions are free taster sessions that get your creative muscles moving such as photography, dancing, singing, acting, digital art, etc. These can provide an expressive outlet during your time at university aside from your studies.

Share your Culture

Share your Culture are free sessions that celebrate the myriad of cultures that co-exist at Worcester. We have a number of national and cultural societies and these sessions give the opportunity to share your cultural activities with other cultural societies and students. Examples include events to observe cultural festivals and religious days
