All applications must be submitted via email using the application form below to studentunionhr@worc.ac.uk. Printed copies or CVs will not be accepted. In the subject of the email please make sure to include the job title you are applying for. This position will begin in the upcoming academic year. Applicants must be enrolled as University of Worcester student for the 2025–26 academic year. Availability to work Monday to Friday between 9:45 AM and 4:15 PM, around academic commitments is required.

Rate

from £12.21 Hourly rate of £12.21 is applied from April 2025. In addition to the hourly rate there is 12% holiday pay on top.

Hours

Hours of work may vary. The applicants need to be free to work between Mondays to Fridays.

Interview

Applicants will be informed via email if they have an interview. Interviews will be held in July (date to be confirmed)

Details

The Students' Union is looking for Welcome Desk Assistants to provide high quality service and administrative support to staff, officers and students by providing a professional, friendly service at the Welcome Desk. The successful applicants will undertake key administrative duties to ensure the efficient running of the Welcome Desk.
