Hi! I am Dani Rogers and I am running for Vice President Student Activities.

I have been at Worcester for the last 4 years and have fulfilled the role as Chair of Women's Football for the last 2 years, which I believe has given me the skill set to be a very good VPSA. Last year, I was awarded 'Excellence in Leadership' at the UW Sport Performance Awards which recognised my efforts as Chair and Vice-Captain, specifically 'my ability to inspire and motivate those around me'. I am looking to bring those skills into the role of VPSA.

MY MANIFESTO:

-   Work alongside the SU to make and keep club and society running costs low

-   Introduce basic mental health education to be a part of the mandatory committee & 3 Introduce a women's only hour at the Riverside Gym

-   Look at introducing 'Pre-Varsity fixtures for clubs that have more than one team so everyone can be involved.

-   Work closely with societies to make events more visible


-   Working to ensure all sports course have provisions in place for Wednesday lectures to allow more people to participate in sport without missing out on course content
