ELLIE TUTT. A STRUT IN THE RIGHT DIRECTION 

I am running for the position of VPSA 2020 - 2021 because I believe that I have the confidence, friendliness, and relevant skillset to conduct this job to the very best of my abilities. I have belonged to a society throughout my entire University experience,  and have also been a part of a sports team for one of those years. Being involved in a core team dedicated to having a positive impact on the student experience is something that I particularly aspire towards, and hopefully, after reading my manifesto, you will agree that I am not only capable of carrying out the role, but also committed to improving, reinstating and changing aspects of (insert word here that isn't SU, I just can't think at the moment), that fit current and future student needs.

Some of my aims include:

• Reinstating the Night Bus to improve Student Safety
• Creating a stronger bond between St. Johns and City by producing numerous events on Both Campuses (having lived on both campuses during my time here, I have witnessed the divide firsthand).
• Holding more charitable events and fundraising
• Generating more opportunities for students to get involved in the University lifestyle
• Getting students involved in more joint social events 
• Increasing monthly events and activities
• Creating an E-sports category to run alongside Varsity
• Creating a Varsity type event for societies to compete in
• Live streaming as many sporting events as possible
