• CAPTIVATE:  Evaluate incentives and rewards for engagement of course reps 
• CELEBRATE: Recognize the success and effort of course reps and showcase what change they have brought about
• CREATE: Develop more accessible and frequent classes such as first aid, self-defense and sign language 

Additionally:

• ACCOUNTABLE – Suggest a traffic light system for course reps to monitor the progress of ideas
• STUDENT CENTERED – Act on prevalent issues raised in the ideas forum and attempt to engage students not already involved in WSU
• ACCESSIBLE – Lobby for a more accessible platform to advertise events at WSU

Personal Attributes:

Reliable and enthusiastic – I am passionate about the student experience at Worcester and have thrown myself into both my studies and sports and societies at the SU. I hope my experience would make me a good VPE and help others get the most from their time at here.

Constructive – As a course rep I have experience in providing constructive feedback and representing the views of my fellow students.

Team work and organization – I play both rugby and ultimate frisbee and love working in a team, both of these commitments also mean I have to be organized to complete my studies and work too.
