Who am I?

Hi I’m Shannon and I am a final year Animal Biology student. I am the current Biological Sciences School Rep having previously been elected Course Rep. I want to run for Sustainability Officer to promote sustainable practices to benefit our community. I am passionate about increasing my own sustainability and wish to share my passion with others.

What do I want to achieve?

• Significantly reduce single use plastic within the University 
• Reduce unnecessary paper use within the University 
• Promote and increase “Go Green” events 
• Encourage buying locally sourced fruit and veg
