This society hopes to incorporate something for everyone to make friends or just to get stuck into a fun activity. This will include a mixture of geography-themed sessions (such as themed crafts, quizzes/games and socials out and about in Worcester, etc.). Each session will have a theme of sustainability or other geography-related topics that interest the group. The society aims to provide a social space for individuals to come and meet new people and make friends. YOU DO NOT NEED TO STUDY GEOGRAPHY TO JOIN.
You can follow our Instagram or search geographysoc.uow, and we will post information about upcoming events here. Additionally, we have a Discord in which events will be announced and any questions can be asked, be it about the society or Geography assignments. The link for the Discord is here: https://discord.gg/hVRR36gDt
IMPORTANT: If you would like to officially join the society, please purchase your membership before coming along (£3 a semester or £5 for the year). Do not hesitate to contact us through email or media platforms found on this page if there are any issues. Do keep an eye on our Instagram or Discord for updates.
