The Equestrian Club is for all UOW students who share a common love and interest for horses and all things equestrian regardless of previous experience.

Our aims:
- Provide opportunities
- Improve riding ability and experience
- Provide an amazing social group of friends
- Develop an understanding of stable management
BUCS:
- We have two performance teams who each compete against four other universities.
- The competition consists of each rider performing a novice dressage test, followed by a 90cm Show Jumping round after lunch, on a randomly selected horse.
- These two teams will train fortnightly with instructors at Court Equestrian, 10 minutes from the University.
- We also have a friendly team that competes aginst other Unis, Ran just like a BUCS league!
Development Riders:
- We have opportunities for riders of all levels, begginer to advanced, to train without the commitment of being on a compeition team.
- No riding experience required.
- Contact the club a week in advanced to book a lesson.
- Hacks around the village can also be organsied at request.
Friendly Competitions:
- There are opportunities to attend friendly competitions throughout the year, keep an eye on the clubs facebook group for more information.
Socials:
- Every Wednesday is a Worcester Wednesday! You can join us for weekly themed socials which include lots of games and entertainment.
- We also hold sober socials throughout the year, for those members who prefer this atmosphere.
All individuals welcome, whether an advanced rider or someone wishing to solely make friends and socialise with the club.
