Are you a people person who enjoys helping others? Do you thrive in a busy environment where no two days are the same? If so, we'd love to hear from you.

Worcester Students' Union is looking for a welcoming, organised and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Welcome Desk Assistant.

As the first point of contact for students, staff and visitors, you'll play a vital role in creating a positive experience for everyone who walks through our doors. Whether you're answering questions, signposting students to the right support, helping with events or keeping our reception running smoothly, you'll help ensure every student feels welcomed, informed and valued.

We're looking for someone who is passionate about delivering excellent customer service, organised, friendly, approachable and confident communicating with a wide range of people.

Previous reception or customer service experience is desirable, but above all we're looking for someone with the right attitude and a genuine desire to help students.
