Pole Fitness

Welcome to the University of Worcester's Pole Fitness Society! We are a student led society that is trying to reinvent and encourage people to try a new sport. Pole fitness is a sport based on core strength and elegance. Moves are learnt from a syllabus, developed and combined to form routines that are all different in difficulty levels (bronze, silver, gold, etc.) No previous experience is required, you'll be able to learn at your own pace and progress accordingly. As a society we are looking to compete in Inter-University competitions and make the Universities name known within the field.

We are a growing community that provides a social group for individuals outside of their courses and halls. Every Wednesday is sports social night, there are themed evenings where all societies get dressed up in fun outfits and go out in Worcester together. We hope to develop the society every year and increase the amount of activities and team building events. 


Training times:

Pole Sessions: Full members only

Monday 1:00pm - 2:00pm @ Pole Effect Studio 

Wednesday 10am - 11am @ Pole Effect Studio 

Fitness Session: Full and Social members welcome


Monday: 9pm-10pm
