This semester, we've worked with the University to put together some fun and free fitness classes and rec sport sessions.
Our sessions are being developed to provide a fun, non-competitive and relaxed environment to participate in whatever your ability. Whether you are looking for stress relief, to socialise, or to try something different, our recreational programme can offer that.
You don’t need any experience and no one is “too slow” to come along. All you need to wear is some comfortable sports clothing and trainers.
