Hello there!

Vice President Education
Euan Morrison

Hi all,

My names Euan and I will be your Vice President Education this year. I was born in Aberdeen but grew up in a few different countries around the world. Three years ago I arrived in Worcester to study Geography and History and have thoroughly enjoyed my time here.

I decided to run for the role because it was a great opportunity to work in a fun environment that aims to improve your experience at university. Over my three years of studying here I got quite involved with the SU be it with playing for the Rugby team or sitting on Student council. I really enjoyed these experiences and knew my two predecessors really well who encouraged me to run for office.

My key manifesto points for this year are:

  • Continue to lobby the issues that the Students Union face with the University.
  • Work alongside the University Careers department to create an improved careers fair for graduate, internships, part-time and voluntary jobs for students.
  • Increase the effectiveness of the Institute and Star systems.
  • Assist in the organisation of course based events that aim to include everyone and help build relationships between course mates.

If you see me around don’t be afraid to say hello, I have a naturally sad looking face and monotone voice but I assure you I’m only a little bit boring and actually fairly friendly.
