We are looking for a motivated and engaging individual to co-ordinate and grow the Students’ Union offer around societies, volunteering and fundraising (raise and give).  As a key point of contact for our members, you will play an important role in delivering the Union’s core, strategic goals, helping students to gain transferrable skills and to enjoy University life.

You will train and support student volunteers, society committee members, and elected officers on a 1-2-1 and group basis, and help us to increase our general interest and academic societies.  You will be proactive and personable and develop the range of opportunities we offer to our members within the Students’ Union and the wider community, to enhance their employability and experience.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a fun, dynamic and professional Union, which has seen satisfaction and engagement from the student body grow significantly in recent years.

You will be able to make a genuine difference to students at a formative time in their lives, whilst developing your own skills and abilities in a unique environment.

Students’ Unions are unique and excellent places to work and this could be the perfect opportunity for you to make a difference, whilst developing your own skills and portfolio.

Worcester Students’ Union is committed to equality of opportunity for all. We welcome applications from individuals regardless of their race, ethnicity, sexual orientation, religion, age, gender, marital status or disability status.

We want to support diverse and inclusive work environments and are actively looking for people who share our values.
