Worcester Students’ Union (WSU) represents around 10,000 students (our members), studying at the University of Worcester and its partner institutions. We are a charitable organisation and our mission is ‘representing and supporting students to develop and achieve’.
We are looking for an energetic and creative individual to coordinate the ongoing development of our marketing and communications functions. You will work closely with the elected Full-time Officers and core staff team to increase understanding and awareness amongst our membership of the range of services and activities we provide for our diverse student body.
You will support in the delivery of engaging, vibrant, accessible, and student-centred marketing and communications. You will be responsible for the Union’s video and photo content, as well as overseeing the design process and creation of the Union’s printed and digital promotional materials.
You will be a person full of ideas, initiative, and enthusiasm, with strong interpersonal skills, who has experience of working in marketing and communications. You will have a high level of commitment to equality, diversity, and inclusion, and want to live the values of the Union.
You will be able to make a genuine difference to students at a formative time in their lives, while developing your own skills and abilities in a unique and dynamic environment.
