Working with Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services (CAMHS) Worcestershire Libraries stock a range of self-help books for adolescents and adults on

  • Asperger’s and Autism
  • Bullying
  • Death/loss
  • Divorce & Separation
  • Worries and fears and much more

These books are available for anyone to borrow free of charge from any Worcestershire Library.

The library staff treat everyone with respect and will not share any information about who is borrowing a book or what it is about.

The books have been recommended by people who have used it previously and found it helpful. Evidence from the National Institute for Health and Care Excellence (NICE) confirms that self-help books can help people understand and manage common conditions.

This is a free service for children and adults.
