Buying and selling using Ebay is a great of making and saving money. However, sometimes there are problems with sales that can put you off using the site or other auction sites.

You do still have consumer rights buying on auction sites, particularly if goods are faulty or don't arrive.

Which have created a useful guide for problems buying off Ebay.

Ebay also have their own information in their Safety Centre and Help Pages.
