Overview

We invite all international students and new students in Worcester, to a mini walking tour of the city centre!

Worcester is a beautiful city and there are plenty of quaint spots to walk to and enjoy, as well as many historical sites to see.

You are welcome to come with us to have an introduction and it will be a great opportunity to meet some other people who are new to the city as well!

There will be two meeting points. At 10.40am, we will meet outside of the Severn Gate (the gate where Henwick Road meets Hylton Road). Then walk to City Campus, to wait outside of the Charles Hastings Building, to collect anyone who is located in the city centre (please arrive by 10.55am).

Some places in itinerary will be:
• Sabrina Bridge
• The Cathedral
• Friar's Walk
• The River Severn

At around 12pm (or when we are too cold), we will finish and head somewhere for a warm drink and/or lunch (unfortunately we will not be able to pay for this so please bring some money with you if you would like to join us.)

It is likely to be quite cold, so please ensure that you bring suitable footwear and clothing for walking outdoors.

Also, if you have any accessibility requirements or allergies, please let us know on the ticket form, so we can accommodate to your needs.

We cannot wait to meet you all! :)
