► Club Responsibility

If we are to successfully raise the prestige of the Varsity series and approach it with a winning attitude, then we need to make sure we're working closely with all clubs to spread the message.

Club, Team & Individual responsibility:

• Relay the message throughout all levels of the club. A Team Worc ethos needs to be adopted and encourage participation from all members of the club in other capacities if they are not on the squad/team list.
• 
  Think about expectations of your own club in terms of professionalism and your approach to the series.
  
  Select the strongest squad and within that the strongest team which will give you the greatest chance of claiming victory.
  
  We want Chairs and 1st team Captains to maintain regular contact with appropriate staff from the SU. If there's something which you need help with then let us know.
