► Preparation Starts Now

This year our preparations start early...

• Very soon we will begin holding individual meetings with clubs participating in the Varsity series. We will contact you within due course and work with you to establish your expectations as a club and contribution to Varsity as a whole.

• 
  Following individual meetings we will then hold a Team Varsity meeting with all Chairs and 1st Team Captains. This will be an opportunity for clubs to share practice and develop a strong Team Worc ethos.
• 
  Squad lists are to be submitted to the Sports & Societies Co-ordinator and Vice President Student Experience by the end of February.
• 
  Final team lists will then be submitted by mid-end of March. Dates will be confirmed via email and within meetings.
• 
  Fitness and coaching sessions will be taking place before and after Easter. If there is enough interest during the Easter period then we will try to accommodate this.
• 
  Follow up Varsity Team meetings will continue to take place during the build up to the series.
