Extra funding and grants are available from a number of different organisations. If you need help applying for these funds, completing applications or contacting the organisations please make an appointment to see the Student Advisor.

Educational Grants Advisory Service (EGAS)

The University of Worcester is affiliated to EGAS which allows students to access the online Educational Grants Search. Use the search to see whether you are eligible for any extra grants or charitable funding.

Horizons Fund - Extra Help for Lone Parents

Extra help is available to lone parents in Higher Education through the Horizons Education Fund.

One off grants are made towards fees or associated costs. Awards allocated are between £500 and £1500 per year.

Financial assistance and other forms of support are often available from grant-giving organisations, depending on your particular background and circumstances.   The grants search contains a database of over 3500 charitable funds offering welfare and educational grants.
