The LGBT society was started last year so that students who identify themselves as being L, G, B or T (or feel that they may be) could meet new people in a safe, friendly and relaxed environment. Our aim is to make sure that everybody is able to become comfortable with themselves in their own time, while at the same time meeting new people. We realise that people may not be ready for people to know that they are L,G,B or T and guarantee 100% member confidentiality - the only people who will know are the other members (or even just a committee member if you just want to find out more).
