We're embracing the 21st century here at the Students' Union. First we brought you a new online membership system and now we give you forms that you can download at your own convenience. Crazy eh? Anyway, a selction of useful forms and documents can be found below, each of them accessible by clicking on the heading.

Club/Society Coach Code of Conduct

This form must be read and signed by any non-student coaches or staff who work with your club or society prior to their involvement. They need only sign nad return one form for each academic year. Please ensure completed and signed forms are submitted to the Students' Union.

Pre-Event Notification Form

This form must be completed in full and submitted to the Sports & Societies Co-ordinator either by email or by hand prior to any event undertaken by your club or society. Hard copies are available from the SU Office if you prefer to fill the form our by hand. The form must be received before you depart for or begin your event.

Pre-Event Notification Form (Sports Fixture)

This form must be completed in full and submitted to the Sports & Societies Co-ordinator either by email or by hand prior to any sports fixtures played by any team within your club or society. Hard copies are available from the SU Office if you prefer to fill the form our by hand. The form must be received before you depart for or begin your fixture.

Room Booking Forms

Please complete this form and submit to the Sports & Societies Co-ordinator or Richard Dean (VP Sports & Societies) if you wish to book a room on campus for meetings, rehearsals etc. The form must be submitted at least 48 hours before the room is required. Hard copies are available from the Students' Union Office if you prefer to complete the form by hand.

Risk Assessment template

This is a template for a risk assessment. We must have a risk assessment for all activities, events or trips undertaken by your club or society. If you are unsure how to complete the Risk Assessment contact Glen Wilson (Sports & Societies Co-ordinator).

Sponsorship Guide

This is a downloadable guide to club/society sponsorship. It details who you can and cannot be sponsored by and also gives suggestions as to how to approach potential sponsors. If you are planning on establishing any sponsorship with an external company or business you must notify Richard Dean (VP Sports & Societies) or the Sports & Societies Co-ordinator so that the appropriate paperwork can be completed.
