The Students' Union offers you a great chance to escape the every-day and throw yourself into other pursuits by providing a range of special-interest societies. Being part of a society is a great way to meet new people with similar interests to yourself and also give yourself a more rounded university experience.

All of our current societies are listed below, and each has their own online 'minisite'. So to find out more about any of our societies simply click on their name below to be taken directly to their area of the website.

Joining a Society

At the start of the 2011/12 term there will be a Sports & Societies Freshers' Fair (Wednesday 21st September, Sports Hall) giving you the opportunity to meet representatives of each club or society and sign-up to become a member.

Alternatuvely from Freshers Week you will be able to join all of our clubs and societies via our online membership system, to do this head to www.worcsu.com/membership where once you have filled in your details you will be able to simply tick the societies you wish to join and then choose how you wish to pay.
